A dark charger at the bottom of a dark compartment is an unremarkable problem, right up until you are looking for it before a train leaves. EVERGOODS has given its CIVIC Travel Bag 26L a bright white lining for the [2026 ULTRA Travel System](https://evergoods.us/blogs/evergoods-road-to-launch/the-ultra-travel-system-coming-soon?ref=simpl.asia), released on 1 September. The familiar backpack also gets a different shell material. Photo: EVERGOODS. ## Less black on the inside The collection pairs a Black Magic ULTRA 200X exterior with white 210D nylon lining. EVERGOODS describes the shell as a laminated textile using UHMWPE fibres. The colour can lean towards charcoal in the light, while the lining provides a much clearer contrast with cables, pouches and small accessories. White will also show marks. Whether that is a nuisance or simply evidence of use depends on how you treat a travel bag. Either way, visibility is a practical reason to change an interior colour. Photo: EVERGOODS. ## The familiar travel layout The [CTB26 ULTRA](https://evergoods.us/products/civic-travel-bag-ultra?ref=simpl.asia) opens fully for packing. Its layout includes two stretch side pockets, a luggage pass-through, a front stash pocket and a suspended laptop compartment listed for devices up to 16 inches. The published empty weight is **1,459g**, with dimensions of **48.2 × 29.2 × 20.3cm**. EVERGOODS describes this edition as lighter than its regular travel platform. That still makes it a structured travel backpack with a meaningful starting weight. They provide a coordinated option, although there is no need to replace pouches that already do the job. At our 21 October check, the CTB26 ULTRA was available from EVERGOODS at **US$425**. The interesting part is the combination of easy access and a more visible interior. If those solve a problem in the way you travel, this edition deserves a look.
