The “horizontal knitting” wording is Buzz Rickson’s own description of its manufacturing approach. The supplied stockist imagery shows ribbed cuffs, a front kangaroo pocket, hood hardware and the curved COAST GUARD chest lettering. Those are the observable details; fabric blend, shrinkage and care should be checked against the current garment tag rather than guessed from the photographs.
The parka differs from the label’s earlier COAST GUARD crewneck and from various similarly named military sweatshirts. The BR69443 lot number is the useful way to avoid cross-model confusion.
