The next useful date on Raide Research’s LF40 is not a vague winter launch. The maker’s current listings show variant-specific ship-by windows in November and December 2026, following an October winter-gear rollout. That is an order-timing story rather than an independently verified first debut of the model.
The LF40 is displayed at US$479 in the American storefront. Its stated carrying range is 40 litres expanding toward 50 litres, not the older 55L figure visible in some cached listings.

Built around mountain access
Raide specifies Challenge Ultra 200TX fabric for the pack body. Official photos show separate tool and rope carry points, a back-panel opening, compressible top volume and a broad padded harness. Those details make sense for ski touring and technical approach days, where fast access without unpacking the entire load matters.
Andrew McLemore included the pack in GearJunkie’s 23 October emerging-equipment report. The independent mention is not a substitute for checking the live product variant, fabric version and dispatch estimate.

Select the actual variant
Different size/colour combinations showed ship-by dates including 11 November, 21 November and 2 December. Those are listing-level estimates, not promises that every LF40 will ship on the first date. The product page also uses sold-out and forthcoming-shipment language that should be checked against the chosen variant before ordering. Malaysian checkout and duties remain unverified.
