TUF-NUT’s TN15987H work jacket arrived at Toyo Enterprise on 22 October, adding a factory-aged finish to a 10.5oz denim shell. A brown corduroy collar breaks up the washed blue body without turning the jacket into a heavily decorated piece.
The construction
The collar and reverse cuffs use 9-wale corduroy. Inside, quilted nylon ripstop provides a different texture from the denim exterior, while a large internal pocket is designed to accommodate a book. The front keeps a zip closure, one chest pocket and two angled lower pockets.
Aged, not worn in
The fading is a supplied finish rather than evidence of years of wear. These are manufacturer specifications and product photographs, not a simpl. wear test. This report concerns TN15987H; the separately listed TN15986H parka is not the jacket shown.
Japan availability
Toyo lists the jacket at ¥46,200 including Japanese tax, with S through XL on the size menu. Some sizes show sold out, so the listing should not be read as availability across the full run. Malaysian pricing, delivery and import charges have not been confirmed.
