Yamatomichi has announced a new ordering window for the MINI Custom Edition backpack. The current window runs from 26 October to 15 November, with the maker planning delivery in February–March 2027 rather than immediate dispatch.
This is another ordering window for the existing customisable MINI, not a new backpack model. It lets buyers choose materials and colours for the body and roll-top, front pocket and base, alongside zipper and back-pad options.
A configurable pack, not an unrestricted one-off
The maker lists the unisex M at 25–30 litres and L at 28–32 litres. The back-panel fabric is fixed, and some material choices add to the price. Available fabrics include its Pertex developments, X-Pac variants and Technoforce Steel, with selection differing by part of the bag.
Official photographs on the product page are labelled past custom-order examples. They illustrate the approach; some colours, zippers or fabrics in those examples are no longer selectable. They should not be read as a promise that an identical configuration can be ordered today.

The dates are now aligned
Both the current sales notice and product page state the October–November window and early-2027 delivery estimate. Older August ordering information is not the schedule for this reopening.
Yamatomichi says it may close orders early if planned production capacity is reached, and manufacturing problems can delay delivery. We have not completed a configuration or checked Malaysia-specific delivery. Current option pricing and whether the order form accepts a particular combination need checking before purchase; a general international-shipping policy is not confirmation for this order.
