EVERGOODS adds Waxed Tan to its 20L and 26L travel bags

EVERGOODS has released Waxed Tan versions of its CIVIC Travel Bag in 20L and 26L sizes. Part of its October waxed-canvas collection, the bags put a different shell around the familiar travel layout: side bottle pockets, a luggage pass-through and multiple access points.

EVERGOODS has released Waxed Tan versions of its CIVIC Travel Bag in 20L and 26L sizes. Part of its October waxed-canvas collection, the bags put a different shell around the familiar travel layout: side bottle pockets, a luggage pass-through and multiple access points.

The outer fabric is P400 Wax C4X, a waxed cotton developed with Halley Stevensons. Leather zip pulls and a grey 420D nylon lining complete the material change. This is a separate edition from the CTB26 ULTRA previously covered on simpl.

The layout still includes a suspended laptop compartment, a top quick-access pocket and internal organisation. The maker lists weights of 1,765g for the 20L and 1,900g for the 26L. Those figures are worth considering alongside capacity: a waxed-canvas finish does not make this a lightweight travel bag.

Both Waxed Tan sizes were available in the official listing on 24 October, at US$350 and US$389 respectively. The accompanying Alaska lookbook shows the bags in use, but it is a brand production rather than an independent durability test. Check destination charges and current stock before ordering.
